Diameter in engine cylinder 6 injector, data incompatible the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance also diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
00993 Possible Causes:
00993 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 00993 Code
- Inspect all the connections signal 'door up' not recognized
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
