The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault pressure control solenoid 6 (n371), electrical malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), open circuit you can see the clutch torque adaptation 2: adaptation limit reached is the final reason of the code. |

00992 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 00992 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
