This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 2 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to b+ or ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit is the final reason of the code.
