This code were stamped on VW Engine case diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to ground or change ignition coil 'a' primary control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |

00980 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
