Accumulated in electronic control units so linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so actuator supply voltage "b", circuit high also o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
00973 Possible Causes:
00973 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 00973 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle position (tp) sensor 1-2, correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
