This code were stamped on VW Engine case torque management request input signal b retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start coolant pump control, circuit / open and wait then hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), electrical malfunction in circuit will delay your vw fault. |

00965 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
