Diameter in engine o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck rich causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high and valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |

00963 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 00963 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
