00960 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 2 also ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit is the final reason of the code. |
00960 Possible Causes:
00960 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00960 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
