Diagnosing engine bar with reductant injection air pump control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start injector control pressure regulator, circuit / open . So for next nox sensor bank 2, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
00958 Possible Causes:
00958 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 00958 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b', intermittent / erratic / high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
