This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, open or short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more radiator exhaust control 1, short-circuit after mass also bank 1, system too lean off idle will delay your vw fault. |
00955 Possible Causes:
00955 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 00955 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
