Diameter in engine o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 1 sensor 1 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit range / performance or change oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, internal resistance too large is the final reason of the code. |
00948 Possible Causes:
00948 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 00948 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger, under-boost condition
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
