This code were stamped on VW Engine case transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed please check dtc memory of clutch ecu you can see the fuel pump circuit, electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
00948 Possible Causes:
00948 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00948 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, electrical error in the electric circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
