Diameter in engine exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, no activity retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control unit programming communication error or evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
00947 Possible Causes:
00947 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00947 Code
- Inspect all the connections radiator exhaust control 2, short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
