This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+ you can see the ignition coil 'i' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
00937 Possible Causes:
00937 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 00937 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant pump control, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
