Accumulated in electronic control units so tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles o2 sensor signals swapped, bank 1 sensor 3 - /bank 2 sensor 3 or change exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly rich is the final reason of the code. |
00926 Possible Causes:
00926 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00926 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 4 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
