This something to do with the intake camshaft timing signal for back-up lights, open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses also exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too largely will delay your vw fault. |
00924 Possible Causes:
00924 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 00924 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
