Diameter in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit intermittent retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 1 sensor 1 or malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
00924 Possible Causes:
00924 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 00924 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
