This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more control module defective or change glow plug / heater relay, circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
00908 Possible Causes:
00908 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 00908 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management request input signal b
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
