Diameter in engine data bus powertrain, missing message from central electronics retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start crash shut-down activated you can see the motor for intake manifold flap (v157), malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
00908 Possible Causes:
00908 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 00908 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b', range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
