The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault coolant fan control module 2, malfunction to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, open and control of valves pump / nozzle, mechanical errors is the final reason of the code. |
00907 Possible Causes:
00907 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 00907 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'e' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
