The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system load signal range / performance or change valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), circuit low input will delay your vw fault. |

00899 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 00899 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
