When you open radiator exhaust control 2, short-circuit after mass the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, tension too largely or relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
00899 Possible Causes:
00899 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 00899 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
