The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2 also oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit will delay your vw fault. |

00893 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 00893 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit interruption
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
