Diagnosing engine bar with linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to b+ . So for next control module defective is the final reason of the code. |

00888 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections bank 2, system too lean at idle
