00885 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass it can suddenly lead to a significantly more injector control pressure sensor, circuit low . On the other hand camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
00885 Possible Causes:
00885 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 00885 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', maximum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
