Accumulated in electronic control units so mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil cylinder 15, low circuit or internal control module: eeprom error is the final reason of the code. |
00882 Possible Causes:
00882 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 00882 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for small amount of heat (j359), disconnected or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
