This something to do with the intake camshaft timing actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more engine coolant level low or hydraulic pressure sensor 1, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
00880 Possible Causes:
00880 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00880 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage "b", circuit /open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
