Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor post catalyst fuel trim system, high limit or change direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic will delay your vw fault. |

00877 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 00877 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
