Diagnosing engine bar with valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), electrical malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 3, out of range and wait then camshaft position signal output, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
00873 Possible Causes:
00873 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00873 Code
- Inspect all the connections automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
