00868 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about data bus powertrain, implausible message of the steering wheel electrics to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel injection valve 1 (n366), open circuit or change valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |
00868 Possible Causes:
00868 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 00868 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message of the control module central electrics
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
