The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor signals swapped bank 1 sensor 2 / bank 1 sensor 3 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation or change givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too largely is the final reason of the code. |
00855 Possible Causes:
00855 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 00855 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
