00853 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start malfunction indication light (k83), open also power supply (b+) terminal 15, voltage too high is the final reason of the code. |
00853 Possible Causes:
00853 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00853 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of airbag ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
