The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at higher load it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit / open or change pressure control valve 4 (n218), short to plus will delay your vw fault. |

00846 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 00846 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
