When you open activation, intake manifold runner bank 1 control, range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relay for supply voltage terminal 30 (j317), implausible signal you can see the a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
00838 Possible Causes:
00838 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
