Staring in engine linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low or exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
00804 Possible Causes:
00804 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00804 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system control 'a', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
