The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake data-bus powertrain, missing message from brake control module and exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak is the final reason of the code. |
00803 Possible Causes:
00803 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 00803 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
