Diameter in engine pre-catalyst exhaust bank 4 effect too small retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start engine- / transmission control modules, versions do not match . So for next exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), high will delay your vw fault. |
00801 Possible Causes:
00801 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00801 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
