00791 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault charging system, voltage mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor clutch slip control, signal too high and wait then signal 'door up' not recognized is the final reason of the code. |
00791 Possible Causes:
00791 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 00791 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2, compensation wire pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
