The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil 'l' primary control, short to plus the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic or 'a' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on is the final reason of the code. |
00783 Possible Causes:
00783 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00783 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
