Accumulated in electronic control units so cylinder 9 injector, data incompatible retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit intermittent also auxiliary engine coolant (ec) pump relay (j496), open or short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
00782 Possible Causes:
00782 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 00782 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
