Diagnosing engine bar with evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground also 'a rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
00780 Possible Causes:
00780 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00780 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
