Accumulated in electronic control units so secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed turbocharger control module 2, missing message or change ignition coil 'l' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
00768 Possible Causes:
00768 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00768 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel rail sensor (g401), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
