When you open reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel pump "a", low flow / performance . So for next throttle position output, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
00761 Possible Causes:
00761 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00761 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation throttle control, circuit 'a' low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
