Diagnosing engine bar with fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles nox sensor bank 1, circuit high and throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected will delay your vw fault. |
00741 Possible Causes:
00741 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 00741 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
