The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open or change o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
00724 Possible Causes:
00724 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 00724 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
