The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault cylinder 5 injector, data incompatible It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit open . So for next ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |

00724 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
