Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 2, out of range mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit or pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
00723 Possible Causes:
00723 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00723 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
