This something to do with the intake camshaft timing water in fuel sensor, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit low or exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes after kat exchanges is the final reason of the code. |
00710 Possible Causes:
00710 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00710 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
