The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injector cylinder 15 (n392), open circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit low and control module defective will delay your vw fault. |
00704 Possible Causes:
00704 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 00704 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
