Staring in engine exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 2 or turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
00703 Possible Causes:
00703 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 00703 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
