Diagnosing engine bar with relays for pump load air cooling (j536), interruption / short-circuit after mass retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, open circuit . So for next nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
00683 Possible Causes:
00683 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00683 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
