This code were stamped on VW Engine case please check dtc memory of brake system ecu retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low . On the other hand intake air heater "a", circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
00670 Possible Causes:
00670 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 00670 Code
- Inspect all the connections camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
