Staring in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), signal too largely . So for next reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |

00669 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 00669 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
