Staring in engine ignition coil 'f' primary control, short to plus mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit closed or malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

00666 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

What To Check After Fixing 00666 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
