00663 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start injector cylinder 15 (n392), open circuit . On the other hand reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
00663 Possible Causes:
00663 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 00663 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
